010ph Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 To register an account with 010ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a current or former employee of 010ph, or an immediate family member of such an employee;
• You have not previously been excluded from 010ph or any other gaming platform operated by our group.

1.2 By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant to 010ph that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account details whenever a change occurs. 010ph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend your account pending the outcome of any such verification.

1.3 010ph may decline to open an account, or close an existing account, without being required to provide reasons, provided that any undisputed balance attributable to genuine gameplay will be returned to you through a verified payment method.

2. Account Security & Verification

2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 010ph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted from your account using your correct credentials will be treated as authorized by you, and 010ph shall bear no liability for unauthorized use resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

2.2 If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 010ph support immediately via our live chat or email. We will suspend the account pending investigation.

2.3 As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations, 010ph may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash wallet or bank statement).

2.4 Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities. 010ph will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing where such delay arises from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 All transactions on the 010ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). 010ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through supported local payment channels including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved providers. The list of supported payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

3.2 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the platform at the time of the transaction. These may vary by payment method.

3.3 Deposits are for gaming purposes only. 010ph is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services. Deposited funds that are not used for gaming may be returned to the originating payment method subject to verification requirements.

3.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method held in the same name as the registered 010ph account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. 010ph processes eligible withdrawal requests during business hours; processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any applicable verification requirements.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 010ph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. The specific terms of each promotion—including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods—are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before they, or winnings derived from them, may be converted to withdrawable funds.

4.3 010ph reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it reasonably determines that a player has:

• Created multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Provided false information in connection with a bonus claim;
• Engaged in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk bet hedging designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming risk;
• Colluded with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.

4.4 010ph may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in use under the original terms.

5. Betting Rules & Fair Play

5.1 All wagers placed on 010ph are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, whether slot games, live casino tables, fishing arcade games, bingo, or sports betting. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before wagering.

5.2 010ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers to ensure the fairness and randomness of outcomes in applicable game categories. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professionals and streamed in real time.

5.3 010ph reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A technical error has affected the displayed odds, game outcome, or payout calculation;
• There is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of a sporting event;
• A wager was placed in breach of these Terms or the applicable game rules.

5.4 In the event of a system failure that interrupts a game session, 010ph will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the wager fairly. Our decision in such matters is final.

6. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

6.1 010ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognize that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gaming behaviors. We make available the following responsible gaming tools, which players can activate through the account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been logged in for a specified period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing;

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 010ph platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain without first disclosing them to 010ph;
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Using 010ph for any purpose that violates Philippine law or any applicable international law;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Using the platform to launder funds or facilitate illegal financial transactions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 010ph staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 010ph platform—including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audio-visual elements—is the exclusive property of 010ph or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 010ph.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 010ph and its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 010ph's total aggregate liability for any direct loss arising from a single cause of action shall not exceed the total deposits made by the affected player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant event.

9.3 010ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We will take reasonable steps to minimize disruptions and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 010ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. For full details, please refer to the 010ph Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments to These Terms

11.1 010ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

11.2 Your continued use of the 010ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 010ph's customer support team for informal resolution. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to seek urgent injunctive or interlocutory relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.

12.4 Players located in the Philippines may also refer complaints to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority if they believe 010ph has acted in contravention of applicable regulations.
